Encrypted with a key that is yours
Every borrower name, number, email and message is stored as AES-256-GCM ciphertext under a key derived for your organisation alone — it cannot open anyone else’s.
Findable without being readable
Phone and email are matched by a per-organisation HMAC, so a lead can be looked up without their details sitting in the database as plain text.
